The Seven

Perform this workout by doing 7 rounds of 7 reps for each exercise / rest for one  minute after each round

7 Handstand Push ups

7 135lbs Thrusters

7 Knees to elbows

7 245lbs Deadlifts

7 Burpees 

7 Kettlebell Swings 1.5 pood

7 pull ups


Adjust the weight on the Thrusters and Deadlifts if needed.
