Work Capacity

20 second treadmill sprint  10.5 -11

10 Bench Press 135lbs 155 185 185 165 165 165 185 

10 DB Flyes

10 Dips

10 High Pulldowns

10 Medicine Ball Sit Ups

Increase the weight on the Bench press as indicated above after each round

Adjust the incline on treadmill for more difficulty if needed

Weight for Flyes and pulldowns should be 70% of 1RM
