DO 8 SETS OF 8 REPS OF EACH EXERCISE

Complete this workout by doing all eight exercises in a row. 

Rest 1 minute before starting the next set

8 reps in each exercise


1. Bench Press (205lb)

2. Bosu Ball squat

3. Bent Over Barbell Row

4. Kettle bell Swing (1.5 pood)

5. Ab Wheel Rollout

6. Dumbbell Curls 

7. Hanging Cleans (135lb)

8. Dips


You should be able to complete this workout in under 30 minutes
