Work capacity:

1 round full 

Second round 1/2 reps/run/row

  

20 deadlifts @225lbs,

400 meter run or 250m row

20 2-pood kettlebell swings,

400 meter run,

20 overhead squats @115lbs,

400 meter run,

20 burpees,

400 meter run,

20 pull-ups,

400 meter run,

20 box jumps @24",

400 meter run,

20 dumbbell squat cleans @35lbs

400 meter run

If you don't have a place to run substitute a 250M Row instead of a 400M run


For the second round do half the reps (10 instead of 20) and half the distance
