THE PRISONER WORKOUT

Are you fit enough to physically and mentally take on someone who trains like this every day

Complete this work out from start to finish resting for 30 seconds in between exercises

1)     50 Jumping Jacks

2)     20 Burpees (with ONE pushup on the bottom)

3)     20 Pushups

4)     300 arm rotations (both arms small circles)

5)     20 Burpees (with ONE pushup)

6)     20 Pushups

7)     30 Toe touches

8)     20 Burpees (with ONE pushup)

9)     20 Pushups

10)   30 Cherry Pickers ( bent over and touch ground in 3 spots between legs )

11)   20 Burpees (with ONE pushup)

12)   20 Pushups

13)   30 Sit ups

14)   20 Burpees (with ONE pushup)

15)   20 Pushups

16)   30 Tactical back falls and get ups

17)   20 Burpees ( with ONE pushup)

18)   20 Pushups

19)   50 Full Squats

20)   50 Calf raises

21)   10 Burpees ( with TWO pushups at bottom )

22)   10 Burpees ( with TWO pushups at bottom )

23)   10 Burpees ( with TWO pushups at bottom )

24)   5 Burpees ( with THREE pushups at bottom)

25)   5 Burpees ( with THREE pushups at bottom)

26)   5 Burpees ( with THREE pushups at bottom)

27)   50 Jumping jacks


This workout can be performed in a small space, No equipment is needed
